Singer songwriter, producer and award-winning composer, Joseph Reuben makes his debut as a solo artist this summer, releasing his first EP and singles from his fan-fueled project “Song A Day”. Reuben, 31, began his singing career as a teenager when he moved to NYC from London and quickly gained a following for his evocative cover of Robyn's “Call Your Girlfriend.”

But, after an unexpected surgery, Reuben was told he may never sing again. Heartbroken, he began creating music in a very different way — producing cinematic scores for Film, TV, Theatre, Ballet and founded the production company Cinemax Studios. Most recently, Reuben collaborated with Nabil for his film ‘GULLY’, composing an orchestral rework of Tyla Yaweh’s ‘High Right Now’. Now, after years of extensive vocal rehabilitation, Reuben comes full circle and finally steps back into the spotlight.

Reuben’s solo material is an exquisitely-crafted portrait of heartache & resilience. His songs have a filmic touch — cinematic and sweeping — while his voice drips with nostalgia and blues.”
